Compendium - Guest Information
OFFICE HOURS
The office is open from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm on weekdays and 8.30am to 6.00pm on weekends and Public Holidays. It is requested that all enquiries and payments are made between these times. Any urgent matters will be addressed at any time.
CHECKOUT TIME
Check out time is 9.30am on the morning of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast menus are available from Reception. Please deliver your breakfast menu to Reception prior to 7.00pm. Breakfast menus dropped into the chute at reception after 7.00 pm will not be accepted as the office is closed Early bird breakfasts are available to be delivered to your room the night before – please ask.
Please place tray outside your room when finished.
MEALS
You will find a menu on our website and at Reception for evening meals (Monday to Thursday excluding public holidays) that can be ordered and delivered to your room. Please order prior to 6.30pm.
There will be no meals available from the 20th Dec to 31 January
HOUSEKEEPING
Rooms are serviced daily Monday to Saturday . If you do not wish to have your room serviced please hang the ‘do not disturb’ tag on the outside of your door. If you require your room to be serviced on Sundays and Public Holiday please enquire at reception.
REFRIGERATOR
The refrigerator is only small and only meant to keep small things cool. Please do not alter the settings on them as this often causes everything inside to freeze up. They operate best on the settings they are presently on.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool and spa are there for your use and convenience during daylight hours only. The pool area is for Motel Guests only. Children must be supervised, if not they will be asked to leave the pool area. Pool towels are available at Reception – please do not take room towels to the pool.
Please note that the pool is only open during the summer months.
CAR CHARGING STATION
NEW - We now have Electric Vehicle Chargers - Please phone us directly for your reservations as they are allocated to 4 particular rooms.
FOXTEL
Foxtel has been installed for your enjoyment. Depending on your TV you may need to change from DTV to ATV mode which you will find on your TV remote by pressing the SOURCE button. If you do not find it this way go back to DTV and dial 9001.

IRON
An iron and ironing board have been placed in your room for your convenience. Please use the ironing board, not the carpet or bench or tabletop. Burn marks on the carpet and bench tops are impossible to remove and a damage charge will apply.
TOURIST INFORMATION
We have pamphlets of things to do in and around Inverell available in Reception. The Managers are both locals and have lived in Inverell for most of their lives, They’re always happy to help with information about the area.
If you require further information regarding Inverell and the surrounding areas please contact the Inverell Tourist Information Centre at 13-31 Campbell Street, Inverell or phone 6728 8161. You will find the staff there are very helpful.
MINI BAR
Beer and soft drink are now available from Reception. Our Mini Bar is a user pays system and we expect that on checking out you will advise reception of any usage. Any mini bar usage not paid for at the time of check out and reported by housekeeping as having been used by the last departed guest will be charged and a receipt forwarded to the address given.
